About Me

I have several years of experience working with building and improving websites. The first site I built was for Ross Creek Cabins. After the initial design I have worked to continually improve the site and add new features. Recently I added a software that allows for direct booking of the rentals on the website.

Over the past year, I have built a site for another vacation rental as well as two wedding venue sites. As well as designing the websites, I have worked to improve their Google ranking, by optimizing their layout, text, speed, using SEO (search engine optimization.)

Outside of my work with the websites, I have significant experience with vacation rentals and the hospitality business. I have been a part of Ross Creek Cabins since its conception and now work there full-time managing reservations, coordinating events, and marketing, etc. This has given me an intimate knowledge of the hospitality business and the myriad of aspects that are important for customer satisfaction in a great rental as well as what people want to see when they are deciding to rent.
